Welcome to Atlantis Outside School in Butler. We are delighted to be joining the Butler community and anticipate commencing on-site at Butler Primary School in Term 3.
We will operate from 6:30am to 6pm daily and will offer quality child-led programs for up to 40 children per day. We'll be working with the children to build an engaging program that carefully considers their interests, with a strong focus on sustainability. We'll offer homework club, regular wellbeing programs, sustainability workshops and free play time, as well as educational programs based upon Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (S.T.E.M.).
We know children love to spend time exploring outdoors and learning about the natural world around them so we'll include outdoor play in all our programs. In addition we provide sports coaching, focussing on introducing new sports and physical skills to the children in a fun and engaging manner.
Things our Service specialises in:
Outdoor learning experiences to allow physical activity and sustainable teaching.
Cooked fresh every day and part of our wider Food Education program.
To allow families more time to relax and connect at the end of their day.
For the artistically inclined and creative at heart to express themselves.
Engagement with the Butler Primary School community as well as local Butler businesses and the community.

Hi, I’m Lucie and I am your OSHC Manager at Atlantis OSHC Butler.
Born in Liverpool, England, I moved to Perth in 2011 and have called it home ever since. With a Diploma in School Aged Education and Care and currently studying a Bachelor of Speech Pathology, I bring both practical experience and a strong academic foundation to my role in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC).
My career began at just 14 with a part-timejob at Bakers Delight, and I’ve since explored a wide range of roles, gaining diverse experience along the way. One of my most rewarding positions was working as an Education Therapist, where I supported children with additional needs to build confidence and essential life skills in literacy, numeracy and phonetics.
I joined the Atlantis Group in 2021, starting at our Ocean Keys service before moving into a leadership role at Atlantis Butler. From the start, I was drawn to Atlantis because of its values and strong child-first approach—values that closely align with my own.
What I enjoy most about working in child care is creating a safe, inclusive and fun environment where children feel free to be themselves. I’m especially passionate about supporting children’s emotional regulation and tailoring strategies to meet their unique needs. Building strong relationships with families and mentoring a dedicated team of educators are also incredibly rewarding parts of my role.
My goal is to continue developing as a leader within the OSHC sector—championing inclusive, high-quality programs and environments that support the growth and wellbeing of every child.
