Meet Rachel
Our Alkimos Beach Primary School OSHC Manager

Hello Families, My name is Rachel and I am the Manager for Atlantis Outside School Care in Alkimos Beach. I am a local who is highly passionate and invested in my community. Part of that passion is being the Manager of this service and being involved with your wonderful school.

The reason I come to work every day is to provide amazing opportunities for children, in order for them to reach their full potential. Learning alongside the children and seeing their imaginations and minds expand, is a privilege and one that I am grateful for every day.

My favourite part of this job is watching children grow and thrive in our care and in building those special relationships with each and every family.  I love to encourage children to ride bicycles outside, read books and dance their heart out, as these are things I enjoyed doing when I was young. It is always so lovely to pass on the things that made your heart sing when you were their age.

My absolute favourite book growing up was The Magic Faraway Tree by Enid Blyton. My Mum would often read this to my sister and me when we were going to bed and it has remained a wonderful memory.

I cannot wait to create memories for each of your children and look forward to meeting your family soon.
