- Diploma Qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), or Working towards a Diploma qualification with a commitment to ongoing learning
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
