Be the right hand of your Centre Coordinator and have a positive influence across various aspects of the Service. Build on your management and personal communication skills in a supportive role. As a Coordinator-in-Training, you work closely with the Centre Coordinator in providing all necessary support, as well as managing the professional development needs of staff.
As a 2IC you assist our Centre Coordinators with day-to-day operations, and step onto the floor to support the team when necessary. 2IC’s are responsible for following enrolment leads, conducting Centre tours and assisting with planning incursions and excursions. You form and maintain important relationships with our children, families, and your team to ensure a positive work and care environment for all. You will be guided through a training program that ultimately enables you to step-up and confidently take on management responsibilities when your Coordinator is away and with a long-term view to internal promotion.
