It began with tiny hands taking their first steps into our nursery. Nervous parents placed their trust in us as they headed back to work, knowing their little one would be cared for, nurtured and loved.

Over the years, we celebrated every milestone together.

First smiles.

First friendships.

Learning to write their names.

Building confidence.

Graduating to kindergarten.

Then came another big milestone—starting primary school.

While their environments changed, one thing didn't.

They came back to us every afternoon through our Outside School Hours Care program, where familiar faces, trusted educators and lifelong friendships continued to be part of their day.

Today, as they prepare for the next chapter beyond OSHC, we reflect on what an incredible privilege it has been to be part of their childhood.

For more than a decade, we've watched them grow from babies into confident, capable young people.

We've celebrated with their families through every stage, shared in their achievements, supported them through challenges and created memories that will last a lifetime.

This is what early learning is really about.

It's more than education.

It's more than care.

It's building relationships that stand the test of time.
