Job Description

Atlantis Early Learning Yanchep Vertex is excited to welcome a passionate Educator who is actively working towards their Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a supportive and nurturing team environment, where your development as an educator is encouraged every step of the way. Our beautiful centre features five thoughtfully designed rooms and a dedicated atelier (art studio), providing a rich, creative space that inspires exploration, expression, and learning through play. Part Time 30-37.5 hours per week | Permanent – Monday to Friday | Full Availability between the hours of 6:30am to 6:00pm

Your Role

As a valued Educator at Atlantis Early Learning Yanchep Vertex, you will support the delivery of high-quality education and care for children aged 0 to 5, while continuing your studies toward your Diploma qualification. You will work under the guidance of experienced, qualified educators to plan and facilitate play-based learning experiences that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

As an Educator you will:

  • Assist with planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate programs.
  • Build warm, supportive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
  • Support children’s growth through play, intentional teaching, and positive interactions.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Observe and reflect on children's learning and contribute to documentation.
  • Actively participate in daily routines and transitions.
  • Adhere to all policies, health and safety standards, and child protection regulations.
  • Be mentored by experienced team members while completing your Diploma qualification.

Your Qualifications

  • Is currently working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Has a genuine love for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Is eager to learn and grow within a professional early learning environment.
  • Displays excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Is reliable, proactive, and ready to contribute to a dynamic, caring team.
  • Understands the importance of routines, safety, and inclusive practices in early learning.
  • Has or is willing to obtain relevant clearances including Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certifications.
