Welcome to Atlantis Outside School in Butler. We are delighted to be joining the Butler community and anticipate commencing on-site at Butler Primary School in Term 3.
We will operate from 6:30am to 6pm daily and will offer quality child-led programs for up to 40 children per day. We'll be working with the children to build an engaging program that carefully considers their interests, with a strong focus on sustainability. We'll offer homework club, regular wellbeing programs, sustainability workshops and free play time, as well as educational programs based upon Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (S.T.E.M.).
We know children love to spend time exploring outdoors and learning about the natural world around them so we'll include outdoor play in all our programs. In addition we provide sports coaching, focussing on introducing new sports and physical skills to the children in a fun and engaging manner.

Hi, I’m Toia and I’m proud to be leading the team at our Outside School Care service, located at Butler Primary School.
I have worked in Early Childhood Education and Care for the over 6 years, commencing my career working with children for Einstein’s Australia facilitating science incursions for children. I then worked with Murdoch University to implement a sports-based holiday program before moving to The Atlantis Group in 2019.
I commenced working at the Atlantis Ocean Keys Education Centre as an Educator, before moving into an Educational Leader role and more recently being appointed as OSHC Manager to the Butler service.
I hold a Certificate IV in School Aged Care as well as a Diploma in Early Childhood.
I thoroughly enjoy working in childcare and feel it is both a privilege and an honour to be an extension of family for children. I thrive on assisting children to expand on their interests by learning through exploration, discovery and I love to inject my interest in nature and sustainability into our daily activities.
I enjoy building collaborative relationships with parents, the school, local community and meaningful engagements with children. My focus is on cultivating a strong, highly skilled and close-knit team of Educators who can provide the best early childhood education and care in the area.
Outside of work, I love camping along with beach, staying active and immersing myself in nature.
